On May 21th.2008, the delegation of Santa Clara University, USA, led by Vice-Chancellor Don Dodson, paid a friendly visit to our university. Deputy Dean of academic affairs and Deputy General Dean of graduate school Jianhua Yan, Department Chief of the foreign affairs office Jianmin Ding, Department Chief of the graduate admissions office Weizhe Chen, Vice Department Chief of the graduate training office Liping Zhang met the foreign guests.

Professor Jianhua Yan and Vice-Chancellor Don Dodson introduced the development and international intercourse of the universities in the recent years to each other and they also hoped to enhance the intercollegiate exchanges and cooperation.

In the afternoon, the delegation of Santa Clara University visited College of Information Science and Engineering.
